AN 4RDINANCE AMENDING THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
The Board af Supervisors of the Caunty of Bu~te, Sta~.~
of Cali~ornia, DO ORDAIN, as fol.~.aws:
Section 1, Tha~. section 20-1(d) o~ the B~~te County
Code is hereby ainend~d to read as fo~l.ows :
Section 20w~.. Scope
(d). This chapter shall provide for govern,ing
standards for healfh and sanif.a~ion requirements, and the
const~uction and ins~allation of streets, roads, highways, public
utilities and o~her improvements. The Butte County board af
supervzsors shall pravide a fee schedul.e ~or services rendered by
the county.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be and i~ is hereby
declared to be .in full force and effect from and aftex th,irty
(30) days after the date of its passage, and before the
expira~.ion of fifteen (15) days aftsr its passage, this Ordinance
shall be published once with ~he names af the Fnembers of the
Board of S~per~risors voting for and against i.t in the Er~terprise
Record , a newspaper published in the County o~
Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County o~ Butte, State of Cal.ifornza, on the 20th day o~
Se~tember , i988, by ~.he following vote:
