AN ORAXNANCE ZONING A POR'~ION OF' THE COL]N'I`Y OF BUTTE, STA~E OF
CALTFORNIA, AN ~I-~ {~IGHT iNDUSTR~AL} A~S'~RICT, PURSUANT ~'0
CHAPTER 2~-29.
~he Board of Supexv~sors af the County of Butte, 5tate of
Cali~ornia, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Hutta County Code of
said Coun~y', DO ORI3AII3, as ~rollows:
SECTZON 1. The hereinafter described area si~ua~~ in the County
of Bu~te, State af Cali.~ornia, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an M-1
(~ight Industria~) District, and such area sha1.I lae subject to the
~estrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County
Cade Section 24-114.
Said area so zoned being locatad in the unincorporated a~ea o~
Bu~te County, Orovil.~.e, more particular].y' described as follows:
Ldts 5 and 6 af that record of survey xecozded in the office of
the Butte County Recorder on May 31, 1955 in Map Book 21 on Page
38.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall. be and i~ is hereby declared to
be in fu11. force and ef~rect £~om and after thirty {30) days after the da~e
of its passage, and before the expi.ra~ion of fifteen (15) days after its
passage, this Ordinan,ce shall be pub~.a.shed once with the names of the
members o~ the Baard of Supervi.sars voting for and agai.nst it in the Cha.co
Enterprise Record, a newspaper published in the County of B~tte, State of
Ca~.i~nrnia.
