said County, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
5~C'~~ON X. '1'Y~e hereinafter described area situate in the County
of Butte, State o~ California, sha3.1 be and at is hereby zoned as an ~'R-5
(~'oothill Recreational - 5 acre parce~s) District, and such area shall be
subject to the restrac~ions and restricted uses and regulations purs~ant to
Butte County Code Section 24-112.1.
Said a~ea so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of
Butte County, Paradise, more parti.culaz~y described as ~A~.X.QWS:
All that certain rea~ property situate in the State of California,
County of Butte, described as follaws:
The NE 1/4 o~r Section 32 T22N, R3E MDB&M, and the easterly 305 ft.
of the NE 1/4 of the I~W 1/4 of 5ection 32 T22N, R3E MDB&M, and
