~ The Board of Supervi.sors af the County of B~t~.e, Stata o~
~ Ca~.ifornia, undar and puzsuant to Chapter 24-29 of the ~utte County Code of
3 said Co unty, DO QRDATN, as follows:
~ SECTION 1. Section 2~-72 {B){5) o~ the Butte County Code is
~ hereby added to read as follows:
6 (6) Pub~.ic Tasting ~ooms in conjuncti.on wi-th a winery, provided
7 that such tasting room be cansidered accessory to the on-sita
$ winery.
s SECTION 2. Section 24--75 (b)(3). of the B~tte Co~nty Code is
~~ hereby added to read as fol].ows:
~-1 (3) Public Tasting Rooms in conjunction with a winery, provided
~2 that such tasting room be considered accessory to ~.he on-site

be in ~u11 ~arce and ~ffiect from and after thirty (30} days after the date
of its passage, and before the expiratian of fifteen (1S) days after zts
passagE, this Ordinance sha~~ be published once with the names of the
members of the $oard of Supervisors voting for and against it an the O~OV111e
Mercury , a newspaper published ~n the County of But~e, State af
Ca~ifornia.
