AN ORD~NANCE ZONING A POR'~ION OF THE COtTN'1'Y ~F BU'~TE, S~A2E OF
CALT~~'ORNIA, AN FR-10 (F00'1'HILL RECREATIONAL) DIS'T~t2CT, FURSUANT TO
CHAPTER 24-29. .
The Baard o~r Suparvisors of ~he Caunty of Butte, State af
California, under and pursuant ~.o Chapter 24-29 of the Butte Caunty Code af
said County, DO ORDATN, as fallows:
SECTION I. The he~einafter descri.bad area situa~.e in the County
of Butte, State of California, shall be and it ~s hereby zoned as an FR-10
(Foothzll Recreational - 10 acre parcels) District, and such area sha11 be
subject to the res~rictions and ~estric~.ed uses and regulations pursuant to
~utte County Code Section 24-1I2.2.
Said area sa zoned being lacated in the unincarporated area o~
Butte County, Paradi.se, more particularly described as follows:
Parcel.s 1, 2, 3 and 4 as shawn on that certain Parcel Map, bei.ng
the E i/2 of the NE i/4 of Saction 33 T22N R3E MDM, which map was
~riled in the Off~ce of the Recorder of Butte County, Califaznia on
September 3, I986 iz~ Hook ~.03 of Maps at Page 77.
S~CTION 2. Thi.s Ordi.nance shall be and it is hereby decl.ared to
ba in ~ull force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date
of its passage, and before the expiration cf fi~teen (1.5) days after its
passage, ~.his Ord9.nance shall b~ published once with the names of the
mam~ers of the Board o~ Supervisors voting for and against it in the
~aradise Post, a newspaper published in ~.he County of Butte, State of
Cali.fornia.
