AN ORD~NANCE ZONZNG A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BI7TTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN FR-10 (FQOTHILL RECREATIONAL)
DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Board of Supervisors of ~he County of Butte, State
of Cslifornia, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte
County Code of said County, DO ORDAIN, as follaws:
SECTTON l. The hereinafter describ~d area situate in
the County ofi Butte, Sta~e of Cal.ifornia, shall be and it is
hereby zanec~ as an FR-10 (Footh~ll. Rec~-eational - 10 acre
parcel.s ) Dis~rict, anc~ such area sha.~l be subj ect to the
~estrictions and ~es~ricted uses and regulatians pursuant ~o
Butte County Code Sec~~on 24-.~~.2.2.
Said area so zoned being located ~.n the unincarpora~ed
area of Butte Ca~nty, Chico, moze particular~y described as
follows:
The SW ~/4 of the NW ~./4 of Section 34, T22N R3E, MDB&M.
SECTTON 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is he~eby
declared to be in fu~.1 force and effect fram and after ~hi~ty
{30) c~ays after the date af its passage, anc~ before the
expiration of fif~een (15) days atter its passage, this
Oxc3inance shalZ be publishec] once with the names of the members
o~ the Board ot Supe~'visors vot~ng fa~ and against it in the
Ch~.co En~erprise Record, a newspaper publa.shed in the County of
Bu~.te, State of California.
