AN ORDZNANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CAL3FORN~A, AN FR-~ (FOOTHTLL RECREATIONAL)
D3STRTCT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Board of Supervi~ors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Chap~e~ 24-29 of ~h~ Butte
County Cflde a~' said Caunty, DO ORDA~N, as follaws:
SECTION l. The he~einafter ciescr~.bed area situate in
the County of Butte, State of Cali~ornia, shall be and it is
hereby zoned as an FR-5 (Foothill Recreational - 5 acre
parcels) Distric~, and such area shall be subject to the
~estrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to
Butte Coun~y Cade Sect~.on 24-112.1.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
ar~:a of Butte County, Butte Colleg~ Area, more particularl.y
describec~ as follows.
All that certain real p~operty si~uate in the County of
Butte, State of Cali~arnia, descr~.bec] as follows:
The S 1/2 0~ the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 10,
T21.N, R3E MDB&M.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declarec7 to be in full force and e£fect from and afte~ thirty
(30) days after ~he date o~ its passag~, and before the
expiration of fi~teen ~15} aays after its passage, this
Orc]inance shall be pub~ished once with the names of the members
of the Board of Supe~visors voting fo~ and against it in the
Qrovi7.l.e Mercury, a newspaper published in the Coun~y of Butte,
Stat~ of California.
