The Board af Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and purs~ant to Chapter 24-29 0~' the Butte
Coun~y Code of sai.c~ County, DO ~RDAIN, as follows:
SECTION l. Th~ hereinafter describec] area situate in
the County of Butte, State of Californa.a, shall be and it is
hereby zoned as an H~C (Highway Commereia~l) ~~ist.,, and such area
shall bE subject to the restaric~ians and res~ricted uses and
regulations pursuant to But~e County Code Section 24-1~.3:.
Said area so zonec3 be~ng located in the unincorporated
area af Butte County, Chico, mare particul.a~ly described as
fol~ows:
Al1 that certa~n real property situate in the County of
Butte, State of Cal~.fornia, descaribed as fallaws:
A portion of Sections 9 anc~ 16, T22N RlE, MDB&M, more
particul.arly described as follows:
Beginning at the mos~ souther~y cnrner af Parcel ~. as
shown on that Parce~ Map of the lands of V. M. Bart~am,
which map was recorded June 19, ~980, ~n Baok 77 of

Ox~inance shall be published once with the names of the members
of the Board o~ Supervisars voting for an~ against it in the
Ch~co Enterprise Record, a newspaper publish~d in the County of
Butte, State of California.
