The Board of Supe~visors of the County o~ But~e, S~Eate
of Californza, ~nde~ and pu~suant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte
County Code of said Countyr DO ORDATN, as follows:
SECT~ON l. The hereinafter descr~bed area si.tuate in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is
hexeby zaned as an R-1 (Residenta.al) District, and such area
shall be sub~~c~ to the restrictions and restricted uses and
reguZations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-1~6.

area of Butte County, Chico, mo~e particularly aescri.bed as
£ollows:
All tha~ certain real property situate i.n the County of
Butte, S~ate of California, aescri.bed as fol.lows:
Lot 53, as shown on that certain map entitled, "Map of
the Second Subdivision of ~he John Bidwell Rancha, near
Chico, But~e County, California," which map was r~co~ded
~.n the office of the r~corder of th~ County of Butte,
State of Cali~'arnia, on September ~7, 1900, in Book S of
Maps, at Page 27.
EXCEPTING THEREFRQM a tr~,angular parcel of l.and
conta~x~ing 2.62 acres bounaed on ~he south by a lin~
paral~.el with Sacrarnento Avenue.
Together with Lot 91, as shown on that certain map
en~itled, "Sacramento Avenue Estates Unit 1.", which map
was recflrded in ~he office of the Recorder of the Co~nty
o~ Bu~te, State of Califarnia, on February 4, ~.987, in
Bovk Z04 of Maps, at Pages 69, 7o and 7l.
SECTTON 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in fu~l force and effect from and after thirty
(30) days after the date of its passage, and before the
expi~ation of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this

Ordinance shall be published once wi~h the names of the members
of the Board of Supe~v~sars ~oting for and against it in the
Chico Ente~p~ise Record, a newspaper pub~zshed in the County a~
Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Sup~rvisors of the
County of Butte, State of Calzfornia, an the I3~h c7ay of December
