AN ORDINANCE REPEALiNG ORDINANCE NUMBER 2648
The Baard o£ Supervisors of the County of B~.tte ordain
as fol.lows :
Section 1: Butte County Ordinance 2648, adopted on the
15th day of December 1987 superceding the resalutions fa.xing
Superi.or Court fi~ing fees shall be r~p~aled.
As provided by Government Code section 68090, these
fees 5naii be set by Resolution.
Section 2: This ordinance sha11 take e~fect and be in
force thirty (30) days after its passage.
