AN ORDTNANCE ZONTNG A PORTTON OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALZFORNIA, AN N-C (NEIGHBORHQOD COMMERCIAL)
DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Baard of Supe~visors of the Caunty o~ But~e, State

of Califo~nia, under and pursuant ta Chapter 24-29 of the B~tte
County Code of said County, DO ORDAIN, as foll.aws:
SECTTON l. The hereina~ter aescribed area situate in
the County of Butte, State of California, sha11 be and it is
hereby zanec3 as an N-C (Neighborhood Commercial) Dist~ict, and
such a~ea shall be subject to the restrictions anc~ restr~.cted
uses and regulatio~.s pursuant to Butte Caunty Code Section 24-
;
125 . ~:
Said area so zon~d being locatecl in the unincorporated
area of .But~e County, Parad~.se Pines, more part~cula~`ly
aescribed as follows:
Lo~s 31 through 59 as shown on that certa~~ map entitled
"Skyway Plaza", which map was ~iled in the office of the
Recorder of ~he County of Butte, State of Califa~n~a,
Februa~y 28th, 1973 in Book 43 of Maps, at Pages 8, 9,
~0, and 11 and also including Lots 7 through 16, and 29
through 39 as shown on that certain map entitled
"Paradis~ Pines Commercial Park", which map was filed in
~he office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State
of California, December 17, 1970 in Book 38 of Maps, At
Pages 15 and 16.
SECTTON 2. This Orc~inance shall be and it is hereby
aeclared to be in full force and effect from and afte~ thirty
(30) days af~er the date of its passage, and before the
expira~ion of fifteen (15) c~ays after its passage, this
Orc~inance shall be published once with the names of the members
of the Board of Supervisors voting ~ar and against it in the
Paradise Past, a newspaper publ~shed in the Caunty of Bu~te,
State of California.
