AN ORDTNANCE ZONING A PORT~ON OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORN~A, AN AR-MH-1 (AGR~CULTURAL
RESIDENTIAL MOBILE HOME) DzSTRTCT, PURSUANT TO CHA.PTER
24-29.
The Boara of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
af Cal.ifornia, unc3er and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte
County Cade of said Coun~y, DO ORDA~N, as foll.ows:
SECTION l. The hereinafter c]escribed a~ea situate in
the Caunty of Butte, State of Californ~a, shall be anc~ it is
hereby zoned as an AR-MH-~. (Agricultural Res~.den~ial - Mobile
Home ~ 1 acre parcels) District, and such a~ea shall be subject
to the restrictions and res~ricted 115~5 and regulatians
pursuant to Butte County Code Secti.on 24-94.
Said area so ~oned being loCated in th~ unincorporated
area of Butte County, Paradise, mo~e particul.arly described as
follows:
A port~.on of the SW 1/4 of Section 30, T22N R4E MDB&M
more pa~ticularly described as:
Parcel ~ as recorded in Book of Maps 109, at Pages 79,
80, 81 on 1/27/88 on file 'in the Otfice of the Butte
County Recorder.
Conta~ning 12 acres, more or less, Paradise.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
dEClared to be in ~ull force and effect from and after thirty
(30} days afte~ the date of i~s passage, and before the
expirata.on of fif~een (15} days after its passage, this
Ordinance shall. be published once with the names of the members
of ~he Boarc~ of Supervisors voting for and against it in the
Paradise Post, a newspape~ publishec~ in the Coun~y of Butte,
State of'California.
