The Board of Super~visors af the County o£ Butte, ~tate of Galifornia~l
does ordain as fallows:
Sectian 1: 5aid Boa.rd finds and determines that upon the basis of
an engineering and tra~fic survey, the But~e Coun.ty highways here~nafter
descra.bed comE within the provisions of Section 22358 af ~he Vehicxe Code of
~k~e State a~ Califoxn.ia, in that a speed ~ima.t of fi~C~y-five (55~ mi~.es per
hour is more than is reasonable a.nd safe on sa~.d highways and determines and
dec~.axes a prama facie speed l~.mit on such Bc~~te Caunty h~gi~ways as fo~].ows:
That a prir~a facie speed limit o~' twenty-~i~ve {25) miles per hour
~,s herehy determined, decJ.axed and established and ~hat SPE~D LIMIT 25 MILES
sign,s be p~.aced at appropriate locata.ons on the hereinafter-described County
highway to wit:

and be~ore ~he exp~ra~~on of ~ifteen (15) days after its passage, it sha~l ~e
published with the names of the memb~rs vo~ing ~or and against the same., once
in a local newspaper published in the County of $utte, State af Ca~i~ornia.
