AN ORD~NANCE AMEND~NG CHAPTER 24 OF THE BUTTE COUNTY
CODE TO ALLOW WZNE TASTZNG ROOMS IN THE FR AND TM
ZQNING DISTRICTS FURSUANT TO A USE PERMTT
The Board of Supervisors of the Coun~y of Butte, under
anc3 pursuant to Section. 24-29 of th~ Butte County Code of said
County Code ordains as folloras:
SECTION l. Subsectian (b) of Section 24-13.1.5, FR-1
(Foathill Recreata.onal) Zone, a~s he~eby amended to read as
follows:
(b} Uses requiring use p~rmits: The following uses
are pe~mitted s~bject to s~curing a use p~rmit in
each case:
(1) Home OCCUpclt10I1S, mining and excavating
which might be objectionable because of
noise, odor, smoke, dust, bright 1.ight,
vibration, poll.ution, t~affic congestion,
unsightiy storage areas, ma~e~-ials or
equipment, the handling of explosives o~
