AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN R-1 (RESTDENTTAL) DISTRZCT,
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Chapt~r 24-29 af the B~t~e
County Code of said County, DO ORDA~N, as fallows:
SECTION l. The hereinafter described area si,tuate in
the Coun~y of Bu~~e, S~ate of Ca~ifornia, shall be and ~t ~s
hereby zon~d as an R--1 (Residen~ial) D~strict, and such area
sha11 be subjec~ ta the restrictions and res~ricted uses and
regulations pursuan~ ~o Butte County Code Sec~ion 24-94.
Said area so zoned being loca~~d in the unincorpo~ated
area of Butte County, Paradise, mor~ particularly c~escribed as
fo~.lows :
A11 of Parcel 2 of ~hat parce~. map reco~ded ~n Map Book
49 on Page 43 on fil~ in the office of the Sutte County
Recorder.
A~1 of Parcel 2 of that parcel map recorded in Map Book
45 on Page 19 on file in the office of ~he Butte County
Recorder, excepting ~herefrom, that portion located
with~n "Villag~: Oaks Unit No. 1" p~r that map of record
in Map Book 58 on Pages 21, 22 and 23 on file i.n the
office of the Butte Caunty Recorder.
Containing 79.5 acr~s, more or less, Oroville.
SECT~ON 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
decla~ed ~o be in full force anc3 effect from and after thirty
(30) days after the da~e of i~s passaqe, and befor~ the
expiration of f~.fteen (15) days after .~~s passage, this
Ordinance shall b~ published once with the names of the members
of the Board of Super~isors voting for and agains~ it in the
' Paradise Post, a newspaper publ.ished in the Coun~y of Butte,
State of Cali.forn~.a.
