AN ORDINANCE ZON~NG A PORT~ON OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CAL~FORNIA, AN SR-1 (SUBURBAN RESTDENTIAL)
DISTRTCT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under ana pursuant to Chapt~r 24-29 of the Butte
County Code of said County, DO ORDAIN, as fo1.3.ows:
SECTION ~. The hereina~ter described a~ea situate in
th~ County of Butte, State of Cali~ornia, shall be and it is
hereby zoned as an SR-1 (S~zburban Residential - 1 acre parcels)
~istrict, and such area shall be sub~ect to ~h~ restr~ctions and
restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte Coun~y Code
' Section 24-162.
Said area so zoned being 1.ocated in the unincorporated
area of ~utte County, Chico, mo~e particular].y described as
follows:
All that certain real property si.tuate in the Coun~y
of Butte, S~a~e of Cal.~~o~nia dascr~.bed as fol.laws:

Lot 19, as shown on that certai.n Map enta.tled, "Map of
the Twenty-first subr3ivision of the Bidwell Rancho",
which map was reco~ded in the Office of the Recorc~er
of the Coun~y of Butte, State of California, on

lying and being south of the Chica Canyon Highway.
