The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, under and pursuant to Section 24-29 of the Butte Caunty Code of said County Code ~rdains as follows: SECTF~N l.Section 2~-21-451 of the Butte Caunty Code is hereby added: wood Lots: An area or parcel of land used for splitti~g, sawing, bundling, storing ana sale of firewood and kinc~7.ing. The production or sa~.e of lumber is not included in th~.s definition however, mill ends or scrap ~umber pieces may be so~d on-sit~. SECTION 2. Subsect~on (a) of Section 24-75, A-10 {Agricultural~ Zone is hereby amended to read as follows: (a) Uses permitted: (1) One single-family dwelling per parcel, inc~uding mabile homes; (2y General agricu~tural farm~ng, horticultu~e, commercial 1~vestock, po~lt~y production, growing and ha~vesting forest~y praducts, warehousing and storage; (3) Accessory bui~dings and uses pertinent to the perm~tted uses, including agr~cultura~ processing plants.; (4) Ha~sing facili~ies (~ncluding trailers) ~o accommodate only employees and their fami~ies emp~oyed by the owner or ope~ator o~ the premises; and pravided further that such housing facility shall be considered accessory to the mai~ building ana shall canform to the provisions pertai~ing to required yara and op~n space fo~ dwellings; (5) M~ning, quarrying, commercial excavation and wood processing plants for wood grown on-site.
