AN ORD~NANCE ZON~NG A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNTA, AN TM--2 (TIMBER MOUNTAIN)
DTSTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Board of 5upe~visors of the County af Bu~~e, State
af Californ.ia, undEr and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of th~ Butte
County Code of said County, DO ORDAIN, as follaws:
SECTSON 1. The hereinafter describec] area situate in
the County of Butte, State of Califarnia, shall be and it is
hereby zoned as an TM-2 (Timber Mountain - 2 acre parc~ls)
Distri.ct, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and
res~ricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code
Section 24-168.

fol.lows :
A portion of the NW 1/4 Qf Section 4, T23N, R2E MDB&M,
being more particularly described as follaws:

exp~ration of fifteen (15) ~ays after its passage, this
Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members
of the Boazd of Supervisars voting far and against it in the
Paradise Pas~, a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
