That Section 26-21 of~the 8~~~.e County Code i.s S hereby amended to read as follows: 4 Section 2b-21 [Official Maps] 5 The Butte Coun~y Board of Supervisors hereby designates f~aod haaard 6 boun.dary maps da~ed July 1, 19$9, and on fi7.e with th~ Bu~~e County 7 Department of Public Works and amendments, as fi.he officia~ maps to . 8 be used in determining those areas of specia~. flood hazard. 9 Sec~ion 2.
