An Ordinance Amending C4~apter 2b of the Bu~~e County Code
1 Tl~e Board of Supervisors of the Caunty of Bu~~e, ordains as follows:
2 Section 1. That Section 26-21 of~the 8~~~.e County Code i.s
S hereby amended to read as follows:
4 Section 2b-21 [Official Maps]
5 The Butte Coun~y Board of Supervisors hereby designates f~aod haaard
6 boun.dary maps da~ed July 1, 19$9, and on fi7.e with th~ Bu~~e County
7 Department of Public Works and amendments, as fi.he officia~ maps to
. 8 be used in determining those areas of specia~. flood hazard.
9 Sec~ion 2. That 5ec~~.on 26-22(a) of ~the ~ut~e County Code
~~ is YzEreby amended to read as follows:
11 (a} Pe~'mits requirc~d. Within Zones A, A~, AFi and on
~2 AO on the official maps, separate development permits are requ~.red
13 for new cons~ruction, substantial improvements and o~her deve7.opments,

bers o~ the Board o~ Supervisors voting for and against it in the
Q~o~~17e Pier~ur , a newspaper published i~
the Caunty of Butte, State of Ca1i£ornia.
