The Board of Sup~rviso~s of the County of B~tte, State
of California, under and pursuan~ ~o Chapter 24-29 of the Butte
County Code of saia County, DQ ORDA~N, a~ fal3.ows.
SECT~ON 1. The h~reinafter aescribed area situate in
the County of Butte, State of California, sha~l be ana ~.t is
hereby zoned as an FR~20 (Foathi].1. Recr~atianal - 20 ac~e
parcels) ~istrict, anc~ such area shall be subject to ~he
~estrictions anc3 restricted uses and regulat~.ons pursuant to
Butte County Code Section 24--i12.6.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Pazadise, more pa~ticularly described as

(30} days after the da~e of its passage, and befar~ the

of ~he Board of Supe~visors voting for and against it in the
Paradis~ Past, a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of Ca~.ifornia.
