DISTRICT. PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24~-29.
Tl~e Board of 5uperv~sors of the County of But~~, 5~a~e
af CaII~Fornla, under and purs~ant ~o Chapter 24-25 of th~ Butte
Coun~y Code of sald County, DO OF~DAIN, as follows:
SECTION i. '~he herelnafter described area situa~te [n
the County of Butte, State of Californfa, shall be and it fs
hereby zoned as an TPZ-160 (Timber Preserve Zone - E60 acre
parcels) District, and such area shail be sub)ect ~o thE
restrictlons and restricted uses and regulatlans pursuant to
Butte Coun~y Code Sectior~ 24-190.
Said area so zoned being locafeci In ~he unincorporated
area of Butte County, north of Paradise, more particularly
described as fallows:
The SE 1/4 of the NE I/4 and ~he NE ~/4 of the S~ I/4,
ac~d the W 1/2 af ~he SE I/4 of fhe S~ I/4, and the E
I/2 of the SW I/4 of the SE 1/4 of Sectlon 20, T25N,
R5E, MDB&M, known as Golden Summit Placer Mining
Ciaim, and the W I/2 a~ the SW I/4 di the S~ f/4 of
S~ction 20, T25N. R5E MDB&M, known as ~he American
Piacer Mining Cialm, ar~d Lot 4 of 5ec~lon 20, T25N,
