STATE OF C.ALIFORNIA, AN M-2 (HEAVY INDUSTRI,AL} DTSTRICT,
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Baard af Supervisors of the Counfy of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 a~ the Butte County
Code of said Caunty, DO ORDA~N, as follows:
SECTI~N 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the
County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned
as an M-2 (Heavy Industrial) District, and such ar~a shall be
subject to the restrxctions and restricted uses and regulations
pursuant to Butte County Cade Sectxon 24-117.
