The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte
County Code of said County, DO ORDATN, as follows:
SECTION l. The hereinafter described area s.itua~e in
the County of Butte, 5tate of California, shall be and it is
hereby zonec3 as an SR--1 (Suburban Residen~ial. - 1 acre parcels)
Da.strict, and such area sha1.1. be sub~ect to the restriCtions anc3
restricted uses anc3 regulations p~rsuant to Butte County Code
Section 24-162.
Sa~.d area so zoned being located in the unincarporated
area of Butte CountX, Durham, more part~cula~~y described as
follows:
All that certain ~ea1 property situa~e in the County
of B~ztte, State of Califa~nia, described as follows:
Lot 7 as shown on that certain map entitlec], "R.M.
Turner's Second Subaiv.~sion, Colony Go., Dayton
Tawnship, Butte County, California", which map was
recordea in the nffice of the Recorder a~ the County
of Butte, State of California, on March 2, 1891, in
Book B of Maps, at Page 10, more particula~ly
d~scribed as follaws:
Beginning at the Sw cornez of said Lot 7, said corner
being the intersection of the N line of Burdick Road
anc7 the centerl.a.ne of Tu~ner Lane;
THENCE along the centerline o~ the Turner Lane, N 00°
31' 41." W, a distance of 666.56 ft.; thence leaving
the centerlin~ of Turner Lane, N 89° 10' 59" E, a

distance of 666.56 ft. to a point on the N line of

SECTION 2. Th~s Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declarea to be in full force and effec~ from and after thirty
(3p) days after the date of its passage, ana before the
expiratian of fifteen (15) ~ays after its passag~, this
O~dinance shal~ be published once with the names of the members
of the Board of ~upervisors voting for and against i~ in the
Paradase Post, a newspaper published in ~he County of Butt~,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board o~ Superv~sors of the
County of Butte, State of Califarnia, on the 23rd day of January
, 19~9~, by th~ following vote:
