The Board of Supervisors of the Caunty of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section Na. 44 of Ordinance No. 2783
of the County af Butte entitl.ed PUBLTC WORKS-ENGTNEERZNG
& ADMTNISTRATION 530-004 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom, the to llowing:
