The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance Na. 2783 of the
County of Butte ent~.tled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS
is herehy amended by deleting therefro~ the foll.owing:

Section 25123(f) of the Government Code of the State o~

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
