The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Califarnia, DO ORDAIN as tol~ows:
Section 1 that Section No. 5~ of Ordinance No. 2783 of the
County of Butte entitled MENTAL HEALTH - GENERAL SERVTCES 54~.-001
is hereby amended by deleting therefram the ~ollowing:
Positions Classification Titl.e
1-~0% Mental Health Counselor or Health
Counselor Aide
and adding thereta the following:

thereby leaving the total. unchanged.
This ordinance sha].1 take e£fect immediately pursuant t~

passage it shaii be published in a newspaper in the Caunty of
Butte, State of California.
