The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State af
California, DO ORDA~N as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 40 of Ordinance Na. 2783 of the
County of Butte entit~.ed PLANNTNG 480-001 is hereby amended by
d~leting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Senior Stenographer C1erk or Stenographer

and adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the total to 14.
This Ordinance shall take e~fect iinmediately p~rsuant ta
S~ctian 25123{~) af the Government Code o~ the State of
California, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage it shal~ be published in a newspaper in the County of
Butte, State of Gal.ifarnia.
