The Board of Supervisors of the County af Butte, State of
California, D~ ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 42 0~ the County of Butte
entitled PUBLIC WORKS - GENERAL ADMINISTRATION 530-002 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the fo~iowing:
Positions Classification Tit1e
1 Senior Stenagrapher C~.erk or
Stenographer Clerk
and adding thereto the fo~~.owing:
Positions Classification Tit].e
1 Senior Stenographer Clerk, Typist Clerk
TTI or Stenographer Clerk
thereby ~eaving the total unchanged.
This Ord~nance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123(f) ot the Government Code of the State ot
California, and before the e~airation ot fifteen (15) days after
its passage it shall be published in a newspaper in the County
af Butte, State of California.
