The Board of Supervisars of the Counl~y of Butte, Sfate of
California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of f.he Butte Co~nty
Code af said County, D~ ORDAIN, as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the
County af Butte, Stata of Califorszia, shall be and it is hereby zaned
as an R-4 (Residentiai) District, and such area shall be subject to
the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations puzs~ant to
Butte County Code Sec~ion 24-130 through 24-130.4.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincarporated
area of Butte County, Chico, ~nore particularty described as follows:
Lots 8, 9, 10, and 11, as shown on tnat certain Map
entitled, "Joshua Tree", which Map was recorded in the
nf~ce o~' ~he Recorder o£ the Caun#y of Bufte, Stafe of
California, an February 15, 197$, in Book S8 of Maps, at
Page 86 and 87.
SECTION 2. This ~rdinanee sha11 be and xt is hereby
dectared to be in fu11 force and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, this ~rdinance shall be
published once with #he names af the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Paradise Post, a
newspaper published in the County o~ Bu#te, State of Ca~x~ornia.
