The Board of Supe~visors of the County of Butte, State af California,
under and pursuant #o Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County, DO
ORDAIN, as fallows:
SECTION L The herei~after described area situate in the County of
Butte, State af Cali~ornia, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an TPZ-1dU (Ti~nber
Preser~e Zone - 160 acre parcels) District, and such area shall be subject fo the
restrictions and restricted uses and reg~latians pursuant to Butte County Code
Section 24-194.
Said a.rea so zoned being located in the unincorporat~d area of Butte
County, Cahasset, rnare particularly described as follows:
Lots I, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, SE ~/4 of the W 1/4, S 1/2 of the NE 1/4,
the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4, the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Sec#ion 6,1".~4N
R5E, NE 1/4 of #he SW 1/4, Sec. 17, T24N, R3E, SW 1/4 of ~he SE
1/4 and SE 1/4 of #he SW 1/4, Sec. ~.7, T24N, R3E, N 1/2 of the W
1/2 of the SE 1/4, Sec. 12, T"14N, R2E.
Containing 717.49 acres, more or less, Cahasse#.
SECTiON 2. This 4rdinance shall be and it is hereby declared to
be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its
passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this
Ordinance shall be publxshed once with the names af the members of th~ Board of
Supervisors vo#ing far and against it in the Paradise Posf, a newspap~r published in
the County of Butte, State of CaYifornia.
