The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State o~
Califarnia, DO 4RDAIN as ~ollows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 2783 of the
County of Butte entitlad SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSIT~ONS is
hereby amendad by adding thereto the following:
(B) For Classas With Flat Rate Assignments:

Section 5 that Section No. 15 of Ordinance No. 2783 of the
County ot Butte entitled COUNTY COUNSEL - 100-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the total to 0.
Sections 3 and 4 of this ordinance shall take effect on
July 1, 1990, and be.fore the expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage it sha11 be published in a newspaper in the
County of Butte, State of California.
Sections 1, 2, and 5 of this ordinance shall take effect
immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the Government Code
of the State of California; and befor~ the expi~ation of fi~teen
(15) days after its passage it shal~ be published in a
newspaper in the County of Butte, State of Ca~ifornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Baard of Supervisors of the
Caunty of Butte this 19th day of June , 1990 by
