The Baard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as ~'ol.lows:
Sect~.on 1 that Section No. 40 of' Ordinance No. 2783 of the
County ot Butte entitled PLANNING 480-001 is hereby amended
by daleting therefrom the fol3.owing:

1 Senior Stenographer Clerk or Stenagrapher

and adding thereto the fol~.owing:

1 Administrative Services Assistant or
Principal Clerk
thereby ].eaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance sha11 take effact immediately pursuant to
Section 25123(f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and befare the expiration of fifteen (1.5) days after
its passage it shall be published in a newspaper in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 26tf~ day of June , 1990 by
