The Board of Supervisors of the Caunty of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Sect~on No. 35 of Ordinance No. 2783 af the
County o~ Butte entitled PROBATION - B4.ARD OF CONTROL GRANT 430-
0087 is hereby amanded by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classificatian Title
1 Victim Assistance Claims Worker
and adding thereto the following:
Positions C].ass~tication Titl.e
2 Victim Assistance Claims Worker
thereby changing the total from 2 to 3.
This ardinance shall take effect July 1, 1990 pursuant to
Section 25123(f} of the Government Code of the State ofi
Cal.ifarnia; and before the expiration of fi~teen (15) days after
its passage it shall be published in a newspaper in the Co~nty
of Butte~ Stat~ of Calitornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by th~ Board of Supervisors of the
County ot Butte this 26th day of June , 1990 by
