The Boa~d of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State o~
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Seatian No. 49 of Ordinance No. 2783 of the
County of Butte entitled PUBLIC HEALTH - GENERAL SERVIGES 540-
~O1 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the £ollowing:
Positions C~ass.~fication Title
1 Physical Therapist
and adding thereto the following:
Pasitions Classzfication Title
2 Physzcal Therapist
thereby changing to total from 69 1./5 to 70 1/50
This ordinance shaZl take effect immediately pursuant ta
Section 25I23(f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage it sha11 be published ~n a newspaper in tha Caunty of
Butte, State of Californaa.
