The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Ca~ifornia, DD ORDATN as follows:
Saction 1 that Section No. 3 af Ordinance Na. 2783 of the
County of Butte entit~ed SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIF~ED PDSITIONS ~s
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
(A} For Classes With Range Assignments:
Salary Unit Class

58 MCS 3530 Assa.stant Director of Planning
Section 2 that Section No. ~40 af Ordinance No. 2783 of the
County af Butta entitled PLANNING 480-003. is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classificatian Tit1e
3 Senior Planner or Associate Planner
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Ti.tle
~ Assistant Director of Planning
2 Seniar Planner or Associate PZanner
thereby leaving tha tota~ unchanged.
Sections 1 and 2 of th~s ordinance shall take effect
immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the Govern~nent Code
of the State af Galifornia; and before the expiration of fifteen
{15} days after its passage it shall be publ.ished in a newspaper
in the County of Butte, State of Calitorn~.a.
