The Board of Superva.sors o~ the County of Butte, State of
~California, DO ORDAIN as follaws:
Section 1 that Section No. 24 of Ordinance Na. 2783 0~ the
County of Butte entitl.ed DISTRTCT ATTORNEY ~- CRTMINAL 320-001 is
hereby amended by de~eting therefrom the following:
Positions Classi£ication Tit~.e

and adding thereto the fo~lowing:

thereby changing the total from 35 to 36.
This ordinance shal.l take effect on July 1, 1990, and
before expiration of fifteen (15) days af'ter its passage it
shal~ be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
