The Board of Supervisors of the Caunty o~ Butte, State ~f
California, DO ORDA~N as fallows:
Sectian 1 that Section No. 14 of the County of Butte
ent~.tled PERSONNEL 090-00~ is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:

thereby changing the total fram 5 to 7.
This ordinance shall take e~fect i~mediate~y pursuant to
Section 25123(f) o~ the Government Code of tha State of
California; and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage it shall be publ~shed in a newspaper in the County
'of Butte, State af California.
