The Boat'd of Supervisors of #he County of Bu#te, State of Califarnia,
under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 af the Butte County Code of said County, DO
oR.nAnv, ~ fa~~ows:
SECTION l. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of
Butte, S~ate of California, shall be and it is hereby ~aned as an SR-1 (Suburban
Residential - 1 acre parcels) D~strict, and such area shall be subject to the
restrictions and restricted uses as~d regulations pursuanf to Butte Coun#y Code
Section 24-~62.
Said area so zoned being ioca#ed ~n the unincorporated area of But#e
County, Chico, more particulariy described as follows:
All tha# certain real property situate in the ~tate of California, Couniy
of Butte, described as fallows:
Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4, as shawn on that certain parcel map, recarded
in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, Sfate o~
California, on Ma~'ch 27, 1979, in Boak 74 o~ Maps, at Page 74.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance sha11 be and it is hereby declared to be
in full force and effect frorn and after thirty (34) days after fhe date of its passage,
and before the expica#ion of fifteen (15} days after its passage, this ~rdinance shall
be published once with the names o~ the members of the Boa,rd a~ Supervisors
voting for and against it in #he Paradise Past, a newspaper published in ti~e Coun.ty
of Butte, State o# Ca~ifort~ita.
