D~STRICT, PURSU.ANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Cali~ornia, under and pursuan# to Chapter 24~29 0~ the Butte County
Code of said County, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter describ~d aarea situate in the
