The Boaz'd of Sup~rvisors of the County af Butte, 5tate of
California, under and puz'suant ta Chapter 24-29 a~ the Butte County
Code of said County, DO ORDA~N, as follaws:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter d~scz-i~bed az-ea situate in the
County of Butte, State of Califarnia, shall be and it is hereby zoned
as am TM-5 (Timber Mountain - 5 acz-e parcels) District, and such area
shall be subject ta the r~strictions and restricted uses and
reguiations pursuant to Butte County Cnde Sectian 24-1.74.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of But#e Caunty, Berry Creek area, more particular~y described
as fo~lows:
The NE 1/4 of ~he SE 1/4 of Secfzon 34, T'21N, RSE, MDB&M.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the portion N of the County Road, and
that portion af the NE 1/4 0~ the SE 1/4 of said Section
34, more parficularly described as follows:
Co~n.mencing at the SW corner of the NE 1/4 of tk~e SE 1/4 of
Section 34 in T21N, RSE, MDB&M, thence easterly alang the
southerly line of the NE 1/4 0~ the SE 1/4 of said Sectian
34, a distance of 180 feet; #hence nar#herly and parallel
to the wes~erly line af the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said
Section 34, to a point on the southeasterly line of Bald
Rock County Road; thence southwest~rly alo~g the
southeas#erly line of said Baid Rock County Road #o a

SECTION 2. 'This OrdinancE sk~all be and it is hereby
deciared ta be in fuI! force and effect from and after thirty (30}
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration o~
~fteen (15) days after its passage, this
Ordinance shall be published once wi~h the names of the members of
the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville
Mercury, a newspaper pubiished in the County of Butte, State o~
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by fhe Board of Supervisors of the
