The Board of Supe~visors of the County af Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 8 of Ordinance No. 2843 of the
County of Butte entitled ADMINISTRATTVE - CLERK OF THE BOARD
020-001 is hereby am~:nded by d~leting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Secretary II
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classificatian Titie
1 Administrative Services Assistant or
Secretary II
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance sha11 take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123(f) of the Government Code o~ the State ot
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days atter
its passage it shall be published in a newspaper in the Caunty
of Sutte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
