The Board of Supervisors of #he County o~ Butte, State of California, under
and purs~ant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County, DO ORDAIN,
as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County o£ Butte,
State af Cai~fornia, shall be and it is hereby zoned as ar~ FR-5 (Foothill Recreational - 5
acre parcels} Dis~rict, and such area sha1l be subject ~a #he restrictions and restricted uses
and regulations pursuant to Bu#te Couniy Code Sec#ion 24-112.4.
Said area so zaned being loca#ed in the unincox`porated area a~ Butte
Couniy, Paradise, ~nore particulariy described as follows:
The SW 1/~ of the SE 3./4 of 5ection 29 T`22N R3E, and the W 1/2 of the
W~/2 of Sec~ion 35 'I'22N R3E excepting theXefrom the westerly 38$.3 ft.
af the SW 1/4 af the SW 1/4 af Section 35 'I~2N, R3E, and including th.at
portion of the W 1/2 of the E 1/2 of the W 1/2 of Section 35 T22N R3E
which lies to the west of the centerline of Clark Road and that portion of
the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of #he SW 1/4 of Sect~an 35 T22N R3E which lies
east o£ the centerline o~ Clark Road and ~he NE 1/4 of Section 34 T22N
R3E.
SECTI~N 2. The hereinafter described area situate in the Co~n~'y of Butte,
Sta~e a~ California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an FR-10 (Foothill Recreational -
10 acre parcels} District, and such area shall be subject to the res#rictions and r~stricted
uses and regulations pursuant to Butte Couniy Code Section 24-112.5.
Said are so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County,
Parad~se, more particularly described as follows:
The N 1/2 of Section 33 T22N, ft3E, the N 1/2 of the NW 1/Q~ and the SE
1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 34, T22N R3E, and ~he E 1/2 of the SW ~/4
a~ Sec#ion 32 T22N R3E MDB&M.

SECTION 3. The hereinaftar described area situate in the County of Butte, ~
Sta.te of Califnrnia, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an FR-20 (Foathill Recr~ational -
24 acre parcels) District, and such area sha11 be subject to the restrictions and res#ricted
uses and regulatxons purst~ant to Butte County Code Section 24-112.6.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte ~
Coun~y, Paradise, more particularly described as follows:
The S 1/2 0~ Section 34 'TZ2N R3E and the SE 1/4 0~ Sectian 33 T22N R3E
and the E 1/2 of the SW ]./4 af Section 33 T22N, R3E, MDB&M and that
portion af the S 1/2 of Section 30 T22N R3E which lies on the SE side of
~he centerline of the eastbound lanes of the Skyway.
SECTION 4. The hereinafter described area srtuate in the Coun#y of Bu~te,
State of Cali~ornia, sha11 be and it is hereby zoned as an FR-40 (Faathiil Recreational -
40 acre parcels) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and rEStricted
uses and regulatio~s p~rsuant to Butte Counfy Code Section 24-112.7.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area o~ Butte
County, Paradise, more particularly described as fotlows:
All of Sections i, 2, and 3, T21N R3E excepting therefrom the westerly 388.3
ft. of the NW 1/4 af Section 2, 'I"LIN R3E, and including all of Section 3b,
T22N R3E, and al~ of Section 35, T22N R3E, which lies on the east side of
Clark Road (State Highway I91) excepting #herefrom that portion located,
within the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 0~ the SW 1/4 and including that pnrtion
of the W 1/2 af Sect~on 29, T22N R3E which ~ies on the SE side of the
centerli~e of the eastbound lanes of the Skyway and the W 1/2 0~ Section
32, T22N R3E excepting therefrom the easterly 345 ft. of the NE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of Section 32, T22N R3E and also exeepting therefrom the E 1/2
af the SW 1/4 of #he same Section 32, MDB&M.
SECTION 5. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of Butte,
State of Ca3ifornia, shal~ be and it is hereby zaned as an FR-].fi0 {Foo#hill Recreatianal -
164 acre parcels) District, and such area shall be subject to the res~ricfians and restr~cted

Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, Paradise, more particularly described as fallows:
That portion of Section 6, T21N, R3E which lies to the south and east of #he
centerline of Neal Road and including the westerly 1354.34 ft. af the NW
1/4 a~ Section 5, T21N, R3E excepting fherefrom that portion located to the
narth o~ ~he centerline af Neal Road and including the S 1/2 of Section 5,
'I'Z1N, R3E excepting therefrom the northerly 488.3 ft.
SECTIDN 6. This Ordlnance shall be and if is hereby declared to be in full
force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage, and before
the expiration o~ fifteen (15} days after its passage, this
Ordinance shall be published once with the narnes af the members af the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Paradise Post, a newspaper published in the
County of Sufte, State of California.
