The Board of Supervisars of ~he Caunty of Butte, State of Calif~rnia,
under and pursuant to Cl~apter 24-29 0~ the Butte Couniy Code of said County, D4
ORDAIN, as fol~or~vs:
SECT'~4N 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of
Butte, State of Califor~ia, shali b~ and it is hereby zoned as an FR-5 (Foothill
Recreational ~- 5 acre parcels) Distrzct, and such area shail be sub~ect to the
restrict~ans and restricted uses and z'egulatians pursuant to But#e County Code
Section 24-112.1.
Said area so zoned being located i~ the unincorporated area of B~tte
County, Paradise, rr~ore particularly descr~bed as follaws:
All that certain z-eal property sztuate in thE State of California, County
of Butte, described as foilows:
Alt tk~at portion of the S 1/2 of th:e SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the E
1/2 of the SW 1/4 and the W 1/2 af the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 in
Section 7, T21N, R4E, MB&M, ly~ng westErly of the centerli~e o~ the
Oroville-Per~tz Road, as descr'sbed in that eertain right-of-way deed
conveyed to Butte County, recorded October 9, X925, in Book 195 of
C~EEC~S, Page 306, Butte County Records, and Easterly af the easterly
line of that certain parcel of land described in the dEed from Earl R.
Herring, E~ Ux, to the County a~ Butte, recorded May 9, 1973, in Book
1834, Page 560, of£'icial records.
Containing 36.06 acres, ~nore or less, south af Paradise.
SECTION 2. This 4rdinance shall be and it is hereby decla:red to be
in full force and effect frorn and after thirty (30) days after t~e date of its passage,
and before the expiratian of fifteer~ (15) days aft~r its passage, this Ordinance shatl
be published once with the names of the members of the Board of S~pervisors
voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise Record, a n~wspaper pvblished in
the County d~ Butte, State o~ Califarnia.
