The Board of Supervisors of the County o~ Butte, State of
Ca~.ifornia, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 15 of Ordinance No. 2843 0~ the
Caunty of Butte entitled COUNTY COUNSEL 20A-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions C~assificatian T~tle
1 Legal Secretary II or Legal Services
Assistant
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Tit~~
1 Lega1 Servic~s Assistant ~/TT or Legal
Secretary ~T.
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123{f~ o~' the Government Code of the State of
California; and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage it shall be published in a newspaper in the County
of Butte, State af California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
