AN ORDINANCE ZONING A FOR'II~N OF'iHE C4UN~"Y 4F BUTI~
STATE OF CALIF4RNIA, AN R-1 ER.FSIDEN'TIAL) DISTR~CT,
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Board af Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte Couniy
Code of said Caunty, DO OR.DAIN, as follows:
SECi'ION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the
County of Butte, State of California, sha~l be and it is hereby zoned
as an R-1 {Residential) District, and such area shall be subject to
the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to
Butte County Code Section 24-130 through 24-130.4.
Said area so zaned being lacated in the un~incorporated
area of Butte Coun#y, Chico, more particularly described as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the State of
Cali~arr~a, County of Butte, descr~bed as follows:
A portion of Lots 78 and 53, as shown on tha# certain map
entitled, "Map of the Second Suhdivision of the ~ohn
Bidwell Rancho", which map was recorded in the off ce of
the Recorder af the County of Bu#te, Sta~e of California,
in Book 5 of Maps, at Page 27, nnore partic~larly described
as faliows:
Beginrung at the most southerly corner of said Lot 78;
the~ce S 5b° ~2' S2" E along fhe NE line o£ said Lot 53 a
d~stance of 157.55 ft., more or less, #o the most easferly
corner of the Parcel desc~ibed in Book 323, Page 232,
Offic[al Records; thence leaving said NE line S 89° 31'

SECTTON 2. This Ordinance shall be and i~ is hereby
declared to be in ~ull foFCe and effect frorn and after thirty (30)
days after the date af its passage, and befo~re the expiration of
fif#een (15) days after its passage, this
Ordinance shatl be published once with the names of the mernbers of
the Board of Supervisors voting for and agains# it in #he Paradise
Post, a newspap~r published in the County of Butte, 5tate of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of Califorrua, on the 16th day of October
