The Board of Supervisors af the Couniy o~ Butte, State of Califarr~ia,
under and pursuant #o Chapter 2~4-29 of the Butte County Code o~ sa~d Caunty, DO
ORDA.IN, as ~o~lows:
SECTION 1. The her~inaf#er described area situate in the County af
Butte, State of Caiifnrnia, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an A-5 (Agricultural -
5 acxe parce~s) Distr~ct, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and
restricted uses and regula#ions pursuant to Butte County Cade Section 24-72.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, Chico, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, & 3, as shown on that certain Parcel Map for Pete Merlo,
which map was recorded in the office of the Recorder of the Coun#y
of But#e, S#ate o~ Califarnia, on 4c#ober 30, 1973, in Book 48 of Maps,
a# Page 27 and Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4, of the Merlo Subdivision, which map
was recorded in the office of the Recorder of the Co~nty of B~tte,
State of California, on June 2J., ~.9$5, in Baak l0a of Maps, at Page
45 & 45.
SECTiON 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be
in ~ull ~arce and effect firom and after #hirty (30) days after the date of its passage,
and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Qrdinance shal~
b~ pub~ished once with the names of the members of #he Board of Super~isors
va~ing for and against it in the Chico Enterprise Recard, a newspaper published in
the County of Butt~, State of California.
