AN ORDINANCE ZQNING A PORTIQN OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN A-5 (AGRICULTURAL
DTSTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Board af Supervisors of the Couniy of Butte, State of Cali~ornia,
under arld pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of th~ Butte Caunty Code of said Caunty, DQ
ORDAIN, as follows:
SECTiQN 1. The hereinafter described area sifuate in the County of
Butte, Sta.te of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned a,s an A-5 {Agricultural -
S acre parcels} District, and such area ~hali be subject to the restrict~o~s and
restricted uses and regulations pursuant ta Butte Coun#y Cade Section 24-72.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorparated area of Butte
Caunty, Chico, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, & 3, as shown on that certain Parcel Map for Pete Mer[o,
which map was recorded in the office of #he Recorder of the Couniy
of Butte, State of Cali~ornia, on 4ctober 30, 1973, in Book 4$ o~ Maps,
at Page 27 and Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4, af the M~r1o Subdivision, which map
was recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County af Butte,
State of California, on June 21, 1985, in Book 100 of Maps, a# Page
45 & 4b, and the W~/2 of Lats 29 8r, 30 of the Bidwell 2s~d
Subdivisian, which map was recorded in the affice of #he Recorder of
#he County of Butte, S#ate of California, on September 17, 1900, ~n
Book 5 of Maps, at Page 27.
SECTION 2. This Qrdinance shall be and it is hereby declat'ed to be
in full force and effect fram and after thirty (30) days after #he date of its passage,
and before the expiration of ~fteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall
ba published once wifh ~he narnes of the members of the Board a~ Supervisors
voting for and against it in the Chico Ente~-prise Record, a newspaper published in
the Coun#y of Butte, State of California.
