The Board af Supervisors of the Co~.nty of Butte, State of
Ca1a.fQrnia, DO ~RDAIN as foZlows:
Section 1 that Section No. 25 of Ordinance No. 2843 0~ th~
County of Butte entitled DISTRTCT ATTORNEY - FAMILY SUPPORT
DIVIS~ON 320-d02 is hereby amended by deleting theretram the
following:
Positions Classification Title

and adding thereto the follow~ng:

thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take ef£ect immediately pursuant to
Sectian 2.5123(f} of the Government Code of the State o~
California; and before expiratai.on of £ifteen (15} days after its
passage it shaZl b~ published in a newspaper in the County of
Butte, State of Caiifornia.
