Californ~a, DO ORDAIN as follaws:
Section 1 that Sect~on No. 14 of Ordinance Na. 2843 of the
Co~nty of Sutte ent~.tled PERSONNEL 49~-001 is hereby amended by
del.eting theref~om the following:

and a:dding thereto the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Sectioan 25~.23(f) of the Government Code of the State of
Cali~ornia; and before ~xpiratian of fifteen (15) days afte~ its
passage it sha11 be publish~d in a newspaper in the County ~f
Butte, State of California.
