The Board af Supervisars ~f the County of Butte, State of
California, DD ORDAIN as follows:
Sectio~ 1 that Section No. 23 of Ordinance No. 2843 0£ the
County of Butte entitled COUNTY CLERK 311-001 is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classi~ication Tit1e
1- 50% Staf~ Services Specialist
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1. - 5b% Staf~ Services Manager
thereby leaving the total unchanged,
Section 2 that Section No. 39 0~ ~rdinance No. 2843 0~ the
County of Butte entit~ed CDUNTY CLERK-RECORDER 47p--001 is hereby
a~nend~d by deleting theref~o~n the fol.lawi.ng:

This ordinance shall take effect immediate3.y pursuant ta

of Butte, State of California.
